February FCHA Board Meeting Motions- Discussed and Voted On

The following motions were made during the February 21 FCHA Board Meeting.

Approve the January board meeting minutes.
- Motion Passed.
Approve a motion to hire R&H Painting for $96,450 and Gecko Painting for $63,891 for the 2022 paint season.
- Motion Passed.
Approve a motion to have Topcare replace timbers and railroad ties with stone on the North-end and South-side of Clubhouse 3 for $40,077 with the stipulation to write into the contract the definition of "reconfigure irrigation system".
- Motion Passed.

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the February board meeting and subject to approval at the March meeting.
