November Board Meeting - Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the November 18, 2024 Board Meeting.

  • Approve the October FCHA Board meeting minutes.

    • Passed

  • Approve the 2025 FCHA budget as presented. (Budget will be sent to all homeowners with the dues letter that will be sent in December.)

    • Passed

  • Approve the bid from Advocate Construction for the roofing replacement project for $5,447,090 over the span of 7 years beginning in 2025.

    • Passed

  • Approve Karlin & Long LLC to be the accounting firm to complete the FCHA annual review and tax preparation for FY2024.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the November board meeting and subject to approval at the December board meeting.
