  • Approval of meeting minutes from the March 18, 2024-  Regular Board meeting.

    • Passed

  • Approval of meeting minutes from the April 15, 2024-  Annual Homeowners meeting.

    • Passed

  • Approval to ratify the 2024 Board Members

    • Passed

  • Approval to ratify the new Officers of the Board.

    • Passed

  • Approval to allow single family homes the option for the front fence to be stained a cedar color.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the May board meeting and subject to approval at the June board meeting.
