The following motions were made during the May 15, 2023 Board Meeting.

• Ratify new Board of Director members elected April 17, 2023

• Ratify new Board of Director Officers elected during executive session on April 17.

• Approve meeting minutes from the March 20, 2023-  Regular Board meeting .

  • Passed

• Approve meeting minutes from the April 17, 2023-  Annual Homeowners  meeting.

  • Passed

• Approve the addition and installation of a Tommy Truck Spring Rider to Turtle Park playground.

  • Passed

• Approve the purchase and installation of a 7ft copper wind feature at the corner of 82nd Terrace and Monrovia for $385.

  • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the May board meeting and subject to approval at the June meeting.
