Approval of the May 16, 2022- Regular Board meeting minutes.

Approval to pay $21,928.16 for the Auto & Commercial umbrella insurance policy for the next 12 months.

Approve spending up to $22,000 to remove the north chimney from Clubhouse 3 as it is pulling away from the building.
