January Board Meeting - Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the January 15, 2023 Board Meeting.

• Approval of meeting minutes from the December 18, 2023-  Regular Board meeting .

  • Passed

• Approval to update the policy guidelines for homeowners roof replacement due to natural disasters.

  • Passed

• Approval to hire KC Pier to complete foundation work at Clubhouse 2 per bid of $49,615.

  • Passed

• Approval of a special assessment to pay KC Pier $49,615 for foundation work at Clubhouse 2. The special assessment will be a one-time fee for each homeowner of $72.86 which will be invoiced and due 30-days from receipt.

  • Passed
