December Board Meeting - Motions Voted On

The following motions were made during the December 18, 2023 Board Meeting.

  • Approval of meeting minutes from the November 20, 2023-  Regular Board meeting .

    • Passed

  • Approval to update the Delinquent Dues policy effective January 1, 2024. Details of the policy will be sent in a separate communication to residents via In The Know and the Clarion.

    • Passed

  • Approval to hire Karlin & Long, LLC for the outside audit of the FCHA 2023 financial review, assuming reference checks come back positive.

    • Passed

These motions will be included in the official minutes of the December board meeting and subject to approval at the January board meeting
